Cancellation and refunds

The free public pilot has no payment and therefore no refund. Paid enrollment is not currently open.
Recurring plans
When an offer includes auto-renewal, cancellation stops future renewals according to that offer. Cancellation alone does not promise a retroactive refund.
Payment problems
Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly to missionreadycontracting@jgmcs.org with the purchaser name and non-sensitive receipt reference. Do not email card or bank numbers.
Approved refunds
Mission Ready Contracting LLC processes approved refunds as the disclosed merchant. Processor timing and the purchaser's financial institution can affect when funds appear.
