Cancellation and refunds

Terms before a charge.

The public preview is free. Enrollment inquiries do not create a charge. Any paid offer states its own cancellation and refund terms before checkout.

Future paid plans

Each written enrollment offer will state its cancellation and refund terms before payment. No universal refund window is promised here.

Recurring plans

When an offer includes auto-renewal, cancellation stops future renewals according to that offer. Cancellation alone does not promise a retroactive refund.

Payment problems

Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly through the inquiry portal with the purchaser name and non-sensitive receipt reference. Do not email card or bank numbers.

Approved refunds

Mission Ready Contracting LLC processes approved refunds as the disclosed merchant. Processor timing and the purchaser's financial institution can affect when funds appear.

You are leaving this site for a separate provider. Review the destination and the terms that apply there.

For a payment, match the merchant, amount and invoice reference. A bank connection is separate consent, not permission to charge. Do not include medical records, child records, tax returns, bank credentials or verification codes in an inquiry.
